: (1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and designate any authorized employee as a Market Protection Officer in the necessary districts of the State of Nepal for the purpose of investigating and investigating cases related to offenses punishable under this Act, including filing cases before the court.
(2) Qualifications and other duties, duties and rights of the market protection officer shall be as prescribed.
